Project Description:
- Perform Maintenance on the PeopleSoft application
- Production support activities for Peoplesoft Systems
- Correct and modify panels/pages, records, menus and People Code to address errors reported
- Develop new requirements as assigned
- Assist PeopleSoft infrastructure support units with peoplesoft related issues
- Provide end-user support as needed
- Prepare customized SQRs/Application Engines within the PeopleSoft application
- Analyze requirements of reports and interfaces needed within the application
- Write interfaces required between modules of application
- Write SQRs or Application Engine programs to fulfill processing requirements of users
- Provide post production support for the Non-Employee Processing (NERDS)Project
- Provide end-user training as needed
- Correct application defects not discovered during system test
- Assist in the development of minor post- production enhancements
- Enhance, maintain support, design Bank systems as may be assigned
- All work to be in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies of the Bank.
- Provide support in areas deemed appropriate by management to meet various project objectives and requirements
