AT Namtra each Task Order will be managed using our proven Project Management Methodology (PMM), to ensure a best-practice method of managing multiple project activities. Our PMM provides a structured means for managing the services in accordance with various Task Orders issued by the client. This will ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time, in a seamless manner, and all performance measures are in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria as detailed in the Government Quality Surveillance Plan (QSP). Project plans will be communicated, while project task progress and expenses will be tracked and managed. Our PMM comprises of the following phases:
Project Definition phase of the methodology consists of conducting a project kickoff meeting with the Project Team and key Government staff. This meeting will be comprised of goals and objectives of the project. To utilize time efficiently, this phase will partly overlap with the Transition Phase. During this phase, we propose to formulate the Project Management Plan and identify project roles and responsibilities.
The Project Plan phase consists of developing detailed timelines and schedules. These identify the tasks that require completion, how resources will be utilized, task dependencies (both internal and external to the Project Team), the approach for task completion, and the timeline within which tasks will be completed. The project plan and schedules will identify potential risks and risk mitigation strategies. The Project Team will maintain the project plan with the Government approved changes and completion dates.
The Project Management and Control phase of the PMM focuses on weekly project control reporting. The Project Manager will provide status reports to identified Government staff on a weekly basis. The content of the status reports will include accomplishments, scheduled work for the next period, and proposed revisions to the project plan and anticipated issues (if necessary). The Project Manager for this engagement will also have the assistance of our Quality Manager, and the Program Manager, for resource allocation issues that may arise.
In the Project Close phase, the Project Manager will submit information detailing all the work accomplished in the project, all deliverables, technical and user documentation, and issue logs. This will include the proposed plan for correcting any certification and accreditation program weaknesses and system vulnerabilities identified during the project. Also, the Government furnished equipment and information will be returned.
